Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-3 buissness days (excluding holidays & weekends). Once your order has been shipped you will recieve and email confirmation with tracking details. Delivery time varies depending on your location.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at kayylavishboutique@hotmail.com. If you recieve an item that is damaged or inncorect please contact us within 48hrs of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
