Can i Change an address after an order has been placed?

An order address can be changed before it has been shipped out by emailing kayylavishboutique@hotmail.com

Lost/stolen packages

Kayylavish boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information says 'Delivered' to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the postal service. The customer assumes all responsibility onve a tracking has been issued.

Response time

Pleas allow 24-72 hours for all email responses.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-3 buissness days (excluding holidays & weekends). Once your order has been shipped you will recieve and email confirmation with tracking details. Delivery time varies depending on your location.

Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at kayylavishboutique@hotmail.com. If you recieve an item that is damaged or inncorect please contact us within 48hrs of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
